Preliminary Investigation notes:
Old Bethel Methodist Cemetery-Myrtle Beach, SC. Corner 707 & McDowell shortcut

Weather clear and cool
History:
Will need to check with the historical society on information regarding this site. Google searches yielded little if any useful information regarding this location.
The following information was found:
“Old Bethel Methodist Cemetery is on the site of the old church of the SC Conference, which was organized before the War between the States and maintained as a place of worship until 1945”( http://www.hchsonline.org/cemetery/oldbe.html)
Preliminary Impressions:
· Heavy feeling inside the cemetery, almost feels like your being watched from the tree line.
· Close to 707, need to make extra specially sure that no pictures are taken while cars are driving by, might cause a reflection of the headstones
· Found some unmarked graves, that’s weird. They are near the tree line. Might explain the feeling of being watched.
· Odd temperature and EMF readings
· Site warrants further investigation
Final Notes:
Definitely an interesting place, I had a few personal experiences, we kept getting really high EMF readings. I’d love to go back for a full investigation when time allows.
Didn’t get very may good pictures. I think whoever is present may be camera shy.
